Returns Policy

We have a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@kicksbasework.com. Once your return is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup of the product(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hi@kicksbasework.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

If the return is requested within the 7-day return policy, you will be eligible for a 100% refund, making your purchase safe. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  1. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@kicksbasework.com.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders within the U.S. Products are usually shipped within 4-5 business days unless mentioned otherwise.

All orders will be processed once the order is confirmed and shipped within the committed shipping time (as shown on the product detail page). While we try to ensure faster processing and shipping, occasionally there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note: We cannot reroute the shipment once it is shipped.
